My granddaughter loved them. I was surprised that they were still available. Everything on my ordering experience was very professional.

The item was delivered with in an appropriate timeframe. The personal handwritten thank you note from the owner of store added a personal touch to the package delivered.

This is my little pup’s favorite toy of all time, but it is no longer sold at Petco. We received our penguin quickly and efficiently with a cute, personal note attached.

My dog loves the toy. It arrived quickly and it was packaged well. I didn’t have to contact customer service.

I did not receive correct mug. I received a New York City mug. Not what is pictured. Which is what I ordered.
